An interesting thought as I think about it I don’t really use one word all the time. At least not that I can think of.

I’m guilty of trying to use current slang and the you fees kids find it kind of cringe lol. There I said it. So maybe it isn’t a word I would need to stop but instead a category of words. Those which appear to make me “hipper” lol is that even a word.

I try to pay attention to the words I use try to make them meaningful. Especially when giving speeches or teaching I try to avoid the common like, as, and ummms. silence is the best thing to let fill space it refocuses attention many times.

A word to stop I don’t have but a category I guess would be my answer.
